About Glock 43

The Glock 43 is a striker-fired, recoil-operated, semi automatic pistol developed by Glock Ges.m.b.H., a well-known Austrian firearms producer. Shortly after its introduction in 2015, the Glock 43 became the most popular firearm designed for everyday concealed carry. In 2019, Glock introduced another version of this tiny CCW wonder - the Glock 43X. The model 43 X is a bit larger, but it also comes with a significantly increased magazine capacity.

The Glock 43 is chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum, one of the most popular and affordable handgun cartridges. The G43 comes with a single stack magazine that holds 6+1 rounds of the 9mm caliber, which is not much, but it’s still a sufficient number for self-defense and everyday concealed carry. Just like any other Glock pistol, the model 43 is also fully made of polymer. The Glock 43 comes with fixed, white dot front and white square U rear sights.

Due to its size, the Glock 43 is one of the best carry guns currently available. The overall length of the Glock 43 is 6.26’’ and the pistol’s barrel is 3.39 inch long. These dimensions make the Glock 43 a micro/sub-compact handgun and a great choice for deep concealed carry. The pistol works best if carried in an IWB or appendix holster. However, as the pistol is quite tiny, it can be easily concealed in an open carry holster as well.

Thanks to a wide range of available aftermarket accessories, the Glock 43 can be easily customized and upgraded with any of the following products - tactical lights, tactical lasers, red dot sights, night sights, custom grips, extended magazines.
