The 28 model is a short recoil operated, semi-automatic pistol chambered with .38 S&W ammunition. This gun model was constructed in very similar way to other Glock pistols. The Glock 28 has a different elevation of the fixed frame. In spite of it is a striker-fired pistol, the 28 uses a single-action trigger. It’s based on previous Glock models and has all the necessary changes that the caliber required.

Glock 28 as well as many other Glocks are available in different versions, or generations, the shifts from generation to generation are achieved by the improvement of the parts of the gun. All these improvements are upgrading performance, reliability and/or allow for easier handling, operation and recoil minimization. The 28’s round has often being chosen over more traditional small calibers such as the .25 and .32 Autos. It is a popular choice for concealed carry due to its size and operational ability.
